(1) HOW TO ORDER
Take note of which products/services you would like, how many of each, and your intended method of payment. Send your order and your complete postal address to orders[at]preserve-it[dot]com. We will respond with a confirmation of product availability and a shipping quotation, both contained in an electronic invoice sent by e-mail. We will automatically apply wholesale discounts to qualified orders.
(2) PAYMENT
We accept Paypal payments denominated in Singapore Dollars. We use a fixed exchange rate of Php30 - SGD1. (Note: A Paypal account is not required. You only need a valid e-mail address and a major credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payments from Paypal accounts or credit cards denominated in other currencies are subject to currency conversion fees levied by Paypal) When you receive an e-mailed electronic invoice, you will be asked to complete payment by clicking the Pay Now button on the invoice. For Philippine orders, we accept G-cash payments denominated in Philippine Pesos and BPI cash deposits only (no Paypal). Globe or TM subscribers can send gcash directly from their mobile phones after registration. Non-Globe subscribers can send Gcash performing a Cash-In transaction at any of the following outlets: Globe/Globelines business center, SM Department Store Customer Service counter, 7-Eleven, Mail and More, and other partner outlets. (3) OPTIONAL: PERSONAL CONSULTATION
If you require a separate personal consultation that includes the preliminary assessment of your item before it is sent in for treatment, please contact The Bridal Conservatory for an appointment. There is an inspection/assessment fee of P500, which is deductible when Preserve-It archival supplies are ordered. The ordering process as described on this page remains the same.
(4) DROP OFF OR SEND ITEMS FOR TREATMENT
If you are availing of our services, you may either drop off your items at our Manila distributor's building, or ship them to us. Dropoffs are accepted only after payment has been completed, and at a pre-arranged date and time. Package your item carefully, seal it, and address it properly before dropoff/postage. In addition, please include within your package the ff. info: Your full name, Full Postal Address, and Contact Numbers (mobile and fixed line). Items are accepted at the building's Ground Floor front desk (Look for the leftmost attendant wearing a white long sleeve Barong Tagalog). After processing, finished items are then shipped back to you. Separate shipping charges apply.
(5) SHIPPING
We ship anywhere! Philippine orders are shipped via Air 21. Singapore orders are shipped Mondays via Speedpost Islandwide. Please e-mail us for a shipping quotation. We combine shipping for multiple orders checked out within 3 days of the first sale.
(6) RETURNS
All sales are final. Unless problems are a result of our error (incorrect item shipped), there are no returns.
