Mail Order and Dropoff Only
Orders for preservation supplies are fulfilled exclusively by mail order (Shipping is NOT optional). We allow pre-arranged item dropoffs related to our services at our Manila distributor's building only when payment has been completed beforehand. We are not able to serve walk-in customers at our Manila office premises. This setup helps keep our costs low, so that you can, in turn, enjoy the best prices on our products and services.

Personal Consultation
If you need advice on how to care for your precious heirlooms and personal treasures, or need us to conduct a preliminary assessment of your item before sending it in for processing, please contact The Bridal Conservatory. There is an inspection/assessment fee of P500, which is deductible when Preserve-It archival supplies are ordered. The ordering process as described above remains the same.

Prices
All prices in the catalog are in Philippine Pesos. International buyers (outside of the Philippines) who pay via Paypal are to be billed in Singapore Dollars. The currency conversion rate we use is fixed at PhP 35 = SGD 1.

Wholesale Discounts
Order 10 units per product type and get 15% off the unit price. Order 20 units or more per product and get an additional 15% off the discounted price. Discounts apply only to a single invoice, a single payment, and a single shipping address. Units refer to sale units, not pieces.

Custom Orders
If you are looking for a particular item that you did not find here, please do not hesitate to e-mail us. Custom orders are subject to volume requirements, handling fees, and an extended lead time for delivery.
